Local counsel should file the Motion into the case in which admission is sought. The filing fee is paid online at the time of filing on pay.gov. Thereafter, the pro hac vice applicant can submit a request for an ECF filing password.

You will need an ECF Registration Form and a Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice.

The fee for pro hac vice admission is $75.
