Complete the Electronic Filing Registration Form to gain access to the District’s CM/ECF filing system. Once the Court has emailed login information, file the Motion to Appear Pro Hac Vice, which is part of the Pro Hac Vice Admission Packet. Payment is due at the timing of filing on pay.gov.
