Yes. The pro hac vice application must be filed by a member of the bar of the Northern District of Indiana. What Documents Do I Need?

Register online for pro hac vice admission. Do not enter your email on the first page unless you intend to participate in a mass swearing in ceremony. Once complete, the court will provide CM/ECF login information to you.
