Yes. The pro hac vice application must be filed by a member of the bar of the Northern District of Indiana. Register online for pro hac vice admission. Do not enter your email on the first page unless you intend to participate in a mass swearing in ceremony. Once complete, the court will provide CM/ECF login information to you.
