Pro Hac Vice Information and Payment Form Required fee of $200.00. Check or money order made out to the “Bar of Arkansas”. Self-addressed, stamped envelope for return of proof of payment. Pro hac vice admission in Arkansas requires a Verified Application and a Certificate of Good Standing from the applicant's home state.

How do I apply?

Send a copy of the Verified Application and a copy of the Certificate of Good Standing to the State Bar of Arkansas with the application fee. The State Bar will return a State Bar Statement, which should be attached to the Motion to Associate filed in the court where admission is sought. The Motion to Associate should also include the original Certificate of Good Standing and Verified Application. A proposed order granting admission pro hac vice should also be served on the court in accordance with local rules of practice.
