What documents do I need?

You will need a Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice and a Declaration in support. The fee should be sent along with a Fee Cover Sheet.

How do I apply?

File a Motion for Application Pro Hac Vice in the court where admission is sought. Once an Order granting admission is received, within 10 days a copy of the Order must be submitted with the fee to the Hawaii State Bar Association. The court should also be notified that the payment was made.
