There is a $450 non-refundable fee for pro hac vice admission in Louisiana. The check should be made payable to the Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board.

Louisiana pro hac vice admission requires an Application for Admission Pro Hac Vice and an Ex Parte Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice.

How do I apply?

Mail a completed Application for Admission Pro Hac Vice to the Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board along with the application fee. The Board will send a letter approving or denying the application. If approved, file an Ex Parte Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice, attaching the Board's letter, in the court where admission is sought and serve the Motion on all parties.
