There is a $170 fee for pro hac vice admission in Tennessee. If mailing a payment to the Board, the attorney must include a $5.00 processing fee. What documents do I need?

You will need a Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice and an Affidavit of Attorney Seeking Admission.

How do I apply?

File the original Motion and Affidavit in the court in which admission is sought. This will require a Certificate of Good Standing from the applicant's home state. A copy should be sent to the Board of Professional Responsibility.
