Pro hac vice admission in Utah will require an Application, Motion, and Proposed Order.

How do I apply?

Send the Application, copy of the motion, Certificate of Good Standing from the applicant's home state, and fee to the Utah State Bar at 645 South 200 East, Salt Lake City, UT, 84111, Attn: Pro Hac Vice. After the application is properly filed, the State Bar of Utah will issue an Acknowledgment of Supporting Documentation and Receipt of Filing Fee. The local Utah counsel will file the original Motion with copies of the application and certificate of good standing, the original Acknowledgment of Supporting Documentation and Receipt of Filing Fee, and an original proposed Order, in the court in which pro hac vice admission is sought.

Is local counsel required
